No you can not, SoftMii 3.0 should have a fix when it is released.
There is however a LU64 fix out for 3.4 firmware users. Keep in mind this is not official and some have bricked their system using it. So use it at your own risk.
HERE is where you can download . You can find the steps to install it in the readme file of the download.
If you do this then...
DO NOT DOWNGRADE
DO NOT INSTALL CIOSCORP
DO NOT INSTALL A CIOS
The fix has a special cIOS for LU64 systems so do not install any other cIOS over it. You should be able to use Backup Launchers/SD Loader/Install WAD files/VC/WiiWare etc. etc. after doing the fix.
