How do I make a JPN PSN now it's changed?

I had a JPN PSN account but I reseted all my setting because of a seperate problem and stupidly didnt write the email and password down.
So I tried to make a new one but the sign up process has all changed, I got to the address part and theres a drop down box with loads of options and I dont know which one to pick.
All the guides online are for the old way of doing it, anyone know how to do it now? Thanks.

I havnt got a clue, but Im guessing it's the cities or regions of Japan or something, but it's all in japanese so I havnt got a clue what to put. It must have to match with the address you enter.
If you go to create a new account now, you'll see how it's changed. It looks alot better but I can't make a Japanese account now.

thanks for the guide but thats for the old way of doing it, I could do it fine if it was still like that. Theyve changed all the screens now.
