hi my friends wii is at 4.0u but he was able to install HBC..now my 1st question is can he already install cios9 & back up loader channel on it,do you have a guide for it? my 2nd question is..i bought a cheap 3.4 korean wii is it possible for me to change its region to USA & softmod it also w/o any risk? coz i own a japanese 3.4J wii & i was successful in changing its region to 3.2U & softmodding it. thanks for any advice/help.
