Wii64 running off bannerbomb

Just had a try at running this on my wii V4. virgin wii. The intro N64 page came up, But no options came up on the menu screen.

Is this cause I used Loadmii, to load the wii64 emulator first. Or is it just cause you have to actually install these things onto your wii rather than just using the bannerbomb as a window.

What I mean is can It be used without downgrading to another IOS?

Do you think soon we'll be able to run wiiware, games, homebrew apps, etc off SD and never have to actually install anything on wii?

If your talking about backup games and 4.0 firmware then no. You will always need to downgrade IOS to fix limitations and install cIOS to run Backup launcher USB Loader homebrew.

As for your Wii64 question. I can't answer that because I never use the Emulators.

But again I would suggest using the guide I gave you in your other thread and fix the limitation that 4.0 places on homebrew.

Nah...I'm still certain about not changing system files and softmodding.

I managed to get the Snes emulator working, using bannerbomb, but the wii control freezes after a few seconds.

Any ideas people?

Can see this being a great tool in the short future!
