Hi There,
I need some advice. What of these three would be the best to use in Ireland via N** cable: Starview 4 or Eurovox EX 5100 PVR or KRYPTVIEW. What's the best and why?. Where to buy one?. Thanks a lot.

No but you can record with the SV4 and ITGate afaik
