I used to have software that you could like play a video in the background of the title screen, add text, buttons, etc. So you could put like Play Video, Chapters, Etc.

I can't find anything other then a really expensive one. If there isn't any decent free ones out there, is there anything cheap like $25 or something? I don't need a professional version. Just something that works.
