using your dvd player have you tried to change the audio track, if this doesn't work try using dvdfab hd decrypter to rip the disc

dvdfab hd decrypter is free you can get it at dvdidle.com just scroll the page to free ware they sell a full blown suite and offer the crippled version free it works great. On you dvd player remote there should be an audio button when the disc is playing if you click on that it will tell how many if any additional audio tracks exist and by click it again you will move through each audio track much like enabling closed captions or disabling them.

DVDFab Platnium, latest paid version, works like a charm.

Being as someone else took care of the disk protection for you, I don't see why you would have had any problems. So how does this help the OP?

I actually used dvdfab 5230 to rip mine. I checked the movie after I ran it thru vobblanker, and it played fine on the pc. I haven't compressed it yet, but will when I get around to it this weekend.

I have a copy of this movie that I bought. I was trying to make my kids a copy of it but for some reason none of the programs out there will read it. It plays in all of my dvd players just fine, my desktop dvd, and my laptop dvd players with no problems. None of the programs will read it. I usually use dvdfab hd decrypter for all my movies and never have a problem but with this one I don't know what's going on. I have tried ripit4me, trial version of anydvd with clonedvd, upgraded to dvdfab6 and still nothing. Anybody have any ideas or suggestions.

Dunno why it's open season this month.. I was just pointing out that it's possible.. so chances are like RTM says it's a faulty disk or something like that. It hasn't hit the shops here yet.

I had Mall Cop from "another" source before I bought the disk. I like the extra features and the deleted scenes.
