every time i put the ms in before loading the xmb, the psp freezes and shuts off. if i put the ms in after it works. i know it is a problem with the ms because it works perfect with another ms.

i ran PSP Power Saver v0.0.6 before the problem occurred. never had the problem before this.

try formatting the stick
and if that dosent work buy a new one
