Okay so i got a DL disk from work with the media code:
RICOHJPN-D01-67
These are Bulkpaq branded that i can get from work for like £5 for 25...are these good for my backups or not? I have burned a backup but not tested it yet, i was just wondering if the media is worth me slapping the money down for or will i end up with lots of disc read errors etc?
If these are'nt good enough for my backups then where is the cheapest place in the UK to get Verb DL?
I have noticed Amazon.COM sell them cheap and deliver to the UK but i do like to print mine using an inkjet printer...should i just buy the silver ones and do away with the printable or is there somewhere in the UK/US (that delivers to uk) that can do the printable ones cheaper?
I look forward to the replies :)

I personally would not use those. I only use verbs. While they might work, it will definitely put a strain on your drives laser.
Check newegg or amazon, but I would definitely use verbs.

I only use Verb's.....I just write on them with a Sharpie, I dont really care about the labels...Buy the printable ones if you really want to, but I would def buy verb's, I have not had one coaster or any problems yet with them.

It's not worth it to me. I just write on them with a sharpie, but ultimately it is up to you

Disks coded that don't even work for video half the time. Avoid.

You guys have been great so far, and i really appreciate all the replies, i just wish i could find somewhere in the uk that does the printable ones in a 25 pack for say 25 quid delivered, i can get em from work but our supplier is out atm and not expected for another few weeks, do they come in a ten pack of printable?
I'm strating to think that pretty labels might have to go in favour of price for the matt silver ones!!

Well my girlfriends mum is going to Manchester this weekend and she's going to check out the local computer fair (Bowlers) for the discs, otherwise i may have to bite the bullet and just buy some.
If my work supplier comes back into stock of the verbs at only 21 quid for 25 then i shall buy them.
Anyone know of anywhere in the US that delivers to england? :)
