Hello guys! i'm decided to post here to see if any of you got an solution to help me. I recently download a few games from a couple of websites, with the help of umdgen and yacc i put them into my psp as .cso files.
I added some of the newest games, dynasty warrior,tenchu and bleach 6 all of them had no problems but then came rockband. i could play the demo and stuff but once i press home exit and wanted to go play my other games all i saw was there is no games. So i decided to go to a shop to ask for help. The sales assistant there suggested that i reformat my memory stick so i did.
So now with a clean memory stick i decided to put some games to see if it works.And remarkably it works! but.... there was something from with the fps or something like that the thing will be very very laggy as you can say like for example if you play dota you lag you will see yourself teleporting? yea something like that 1 min i see a 10sec "PLAY STATION PORTABLE" when you click a game or sort. Then followed by a 40sec white screen suddenly i'm at the new/continue/option thing and when i press new i waited for 20sec before it ask me to choose between the 3 kingom in the game. i suspected that it was the game but after trying out with a few other games it noticed that it was my psp! so i was asking around with my friend if this means my psp has a virus. None of them were electronics devices pro.. so yeah they were useless... lol.
So can somebody PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me with this thanks!!!! i will thank you for live to play my favourite games again.
Sorry yes, just add the .txt file in the PSP/Game folder - read other forums it is a known issue with Rockband, new piracy control. Also this game can only be iso or cso do not try and rip it it does not work
so I put a .txt file in my psp/game folder and it still happens all I did was open notebook and hit save. It showed up as a *.txt and I deleted the * and hit save (.txt) so when I goto reopen my games folders it's still blank do I have to do it before I play or what?
