Hi there, I have DVD Shrink and I would like to ask you a question.
When I save my desired piece of video by going to "back up" and making sure I save it to my desktop, I get an "Audio_TS" and a Video_TS" folder, however when I open the Audio_TS folder there is nothing in it. As DVD Shrink saves the video file as a "VOB" and I need WMV, I have a converter called "Prism Video Coverter" which I use to convert the file. But when I do this I get no sound from the video, I get the picture, but no sound.
So, I was wondering could this be because there are no files in the Audio_TS folder? Or is there some other explanation?

That is normal. No audio is in that folder. The audio is in the VOB files.

Make sure that you select the proper audio when using both programs. After saving your files with Shrink, make sure the audio works the way you want. If it does and after converting you have no audio, then you have a problem with your other software or you don't have the proper codecs installed. Your other software converts the audio. Make sure that it's something your pc supports.
