Hi guys
I am about to pick up my wiii and throw it in the bin.
I have just got two games for my system, EA sports active and Punch out and both these games will not work.
I have tried three diffrent types of media and no joy. I am also using the same media i used with my previous games and they still do not work. My older backups work fine so it aint a problem with my WII. I tried the gecko OS to boot the games and ending up getting an error 002.

Any advice will be helpful.
I have a pal wii which was chipped last year DEC with wikey 2.

Okay, the dude who chipped my Wii turned of the updater saying that i do not need it on as games play anyway. So i made a wikey config disk booted it up , changed the settings to allow only EUR games to update. I rebooted the wii with the game in and now i am getting the message " in order to play this game you need to update the Wii system"
Is this okay?

You must be using an older version of Gecko OS since there is ERROR #002 fix Gecko OS releases out there. I would try finding 1 and use that if you have future ERROR #002 issues.
