signal problems with starview 4 super usb

Hi everyone I'm new to this forum stuff so excuse the newbie traits:) I'm having problems with the signal on starview 4 super usb. some channels have an OK signal, but they occasionally go off, and most just stay on a blank screen with the message no signal. I've got the latest firmware installed on it, so I'm completely baffled:( is there anyone out there that can help? it would be much appreciated............Thanks

if u are in irl on n*l it wont work anymore as the box has gone down.

i hav a starview super in 1 room and has all de channels apart fr sports and movies and hav a starview usb in the bedroom and have the channels are there but have not eg have rte 1 no rte 2 have bbc3 no bbc2

any help pls
