Hi,

I got some questions. My setting is on auto-blocker = import.

When I insert a burned disk, it will ask to download an update. This means that my game is probably an imported game? Meaning that if I do so (when I download the update), it will brick my wii right?

But the file is -> [WII]No More Heroes [PAL][ESPALWII.com].rar [mininova] <- so it's a PAL.

Meaning that I got a non-PAL wii system, but how come that _Wii_Dragon_Ball_Z_Budokai_Tenkaichi_3_PAL__ESPALWii_com__rar_to & _Wii_Baroque_PAL__ESPALWii_com__rar is working then?

Does this mean that the file of no more heroes is a faker? And could someone please explain the region override then>? What's the use of overriding a region, when an imported game ask you to update the system before it can helped (and when you do, it will instantly kill your wii??)

Much thankies!!

ESPALWII is a trusted source for wii backup games and all will be PAL from him and the same from WIISOS.

Some games require the update for the game to work. From my testing and research when even BrickBlocking a game that is out of your wii's region it will not play because it needs that update which is like a driver and will simply just go to a black screen.

I have no experience with a wii drivekey as i have a D2SUN V3 but im thinking in theory that this could be why.

I would try downloading the game in the same region as your wii and running the update as its safe to do as it will be the same region as your wii :)

Blackscreen I have already encountered. Which was from a PAL game, ripped from ESPALWII. That means that my Wii is probably USA or NTST, but that's strange, because I bought that Wii in Europe. Could it be possible that it is a faker, who uploaded the ISO in the name of ESPALWII? I truly find it suspicious when it blocks import updates, even though my Wii is PAL + the game I downloaded from ESPALWII.
