ABGX question

Alright, I've been using ABGX and running plenty of games through it and they have all been fine and all green. Yet today I ran UFC Undisputed through it and got some errors (pic below). ABGX downloaded 3 files and patched the .ISO.

I was just wondering is it just as safe playing a patched .ISO as it is playing a good ripped .ISO? I am new to this and for some reason I do not feel it is completely safe to play a patched game rather than a good game from the start. Also, if it is fine once it is patched is it fine for me to move the .ISO to another computer to burn it?

If I download a game, and then abgx patches it, as long as I have all the settings which are recommended (level 3, all that good stuff) then you will be fine to burn and play it.
