I Have Drive Tray Problems

I have a hitachi and every once in a while, like two weeks, something mechanical inside the drive stops working and my xbox doesn't read discs. It just gives me open tray message while a discs inside.
I found that if I just take off the 4 screws off the drive and open it up, close it, screw it back together, and it reads discs again which is weird.
This is getting very annoying is there any solution to this. The only thing that has reduced the occurrence of it not reading is ejecting discs while at the dashboard but still every once in a while I have to take it apart.

wow, I can't say that I've ever heard of that before. Let us know if you find a more permanent solution to that.
