Can I install 5.00m33 CFW on a PSP with 5.03 OFW.

Hi,
I am new member to this site, but have used it before for my 360 modding. I have 2 psp slims (they're hackable), and I want to install custom firmware on them. The one has 5.03 official firmware, and the other has 5.50 official firmware. Is there a way to install the current 5.00m33-6 CFW on them, or do I have to wait for an update? I have the pandora battery and a 512 pro duo ms ready.

The ChickHEN hack is supposed to work on official 5.03, so that custom 5.00 M33 can be installed. Pandora is not needed. However, on your other one, I don't think 5.50 can be hacked yet.

i have a psp-1001 phat. with ofw 5.03. downloaded chickhen hack and it just keep saying that files curropted

I have posted a new thread about an alternate for ChickHEN R2 called TIFFany. It is better than R2 and exploits faster. Try this for your 5.03 PSP-1000!
