hi all, im having a little problem with my eurovox ex5000. turned it on the other day and all channels just became jumpy every couple of seconds like it has a bad signal but the signal is the same as its ever been - around 85% mostly. i have had no change to my set up and i have tried a deep scan three times same thing just happens. i have tried this with the ogigional feed also and it just appears the same. recently i have checked all of the cables, updated the software again and bought a variable attenuator and it is still being patchy and jumpy and it works fine in other houses. please help!!

thanks

check the connection outside(wall)..if everything is fine(weathers not been too good),then your box is on its way out...if you know someone that has cable, try it there...itl tell you whats wrong, box or connection.

I had this issue with a few boxes. I just switched them off and unplugged everything from the box

Switched on in the morning and everything was okay. Apparently, it was static build-up??
