I'm trying to burn subtitles to a AVI-file. When i open the AVI-file i'm trying to do this to in Virtualdub, i get the "VBR audio stream" message.

The audio is no longer in sync with the movie. To correct this i decompress the AVI-file with decompress.exe, and then open the new AVI-file in Virtualdub again. Now the audio is in sync with the movie, BUT when i try to add the subtitle and then recompress the whole sh*t again (with Xvid), the subtitles doesn't sync with the audio.

If i run the old AVI-file in win Mplayer, the subtitles sync. If i run the new decompressed AVI-file in Mplayer, the subtitles sync. But when i try to incorporate the subtitles into the new AVI file in Virtualdub, they no longer sync.

Does anyone know what i can do to solve this? Thanks.
