Ok, I am new to all this, but have a serious question. I have tried many of your different suggestions on how to backup my dvd collection. I have done all of these, and believe me, some are complicated. Awhile back, I used the program Xcopy Express. I am a little confused. With Xcopy express, I just put in the original, it copies it, less menu's and extra's, then I put in the blank disc, and it burns it. I have backed up around 60 discs now with only 2 coasters. My question is, why would I need to go through all of the complicated steps to copy a movie with other methods when Xcopy express works so well? Is it that most people want the menus and extras? So far I have only found on dvd player that wouldn't play my backups. It is a player in an old laptop. Ok, I'm done. Thanks for hearing me out.
