i have no clue, there are people that will stick with iprep as their perferred method, others will stick with JF (me) and some will continue to use this. just depends on who's MOBOs support USB booting i suppose and how easy people want flashing to be, even though its not hard at all.

Just posting what the creator of the program wrote to avoid the possibility of 100 questions pertaining to the new program down the line (for those that care).
You know ... questions like the ones we see here daily, such as: "how do I flash my drive?", "will I get banned?" or my favorite "what's an xbox?" :-)
Google has existed for a long time .. but yet we still see questions like these everyday. Nah'mean?

hmm the whole reason why i used the disc was cause my older system for flashing wont boot USB lol.
If you send me questions on Live about modding or anything related i will block you. Dont be an idiot.

Is it required to have the tray half open with this or should I just connect the drive to the Via VT6421 card with a sata and have the tray closed?

I am setting up my USB drive but my system is Fat32 and the files in the 360 modification drive folder are coming up with a not compatiable error. Do you have a Vista Fat32 version of the USB Mod drive?

So, today i had bought an 360 Elite to find out it was a DG-16D2S (74850c Revision). I looked for flashing guides and all involved soldering or special kit. But with THIS, i CAN mod my 360 with only a S-ata connection? ( + usb )

No, with the 74850C you must use the Probe or solder to the PCB.

No, with the 74850C you must use the Probe or solder to the PCB.
What about revision 4?

you HAVE to use a probe or solder it, no matter what version of usb stick, cd drive version, jungle flasher version, iprep version.
