I am at my witt's end!

Bought a swap magic v3.6 w/ magic keys PRO v4. The CD based Swap Magic works fine. But the DVD one just won't set right into the console!!! It goes in crooked and it makes loud noises and won't read! The very few occassions where I HAVE gotten it to read. I try to put in FFX: International Version. I wait for LOAD PROGRAM and VIDEO TYPE, to appear on the screen. Then I open up the disc drive and it says "Please insert higher TP disk" (WTF does that mean!!!!!). I insert the FFX disk, and.....NOTHING!!!!! Frickin disk stops spinning after like, 10 seconds, and the middle of LOAD PROGRAM flashes with a slim black line. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Ok, just a little update. First off, I think the reason the DVD disk isn't working is because it doesn't go down fully on that big plastic center piece in the console as the CD version does go a bit deeper. Also, my tool b isn't holding the disk breaker all the way to the right. There is only a wee bit more that the breaker could go to the right. Could this cause my problem? How do I know if I installed the magic switch correctly? Will the disks continue to spin even if I open up the console?

Anyone, please, help a fellow magic switcher out!!!!
