Getting .dat files to .iso or .cso help!!

I really need some help with this ive been searching on the net and deifferent forums for days on a solution but have found nothing...ive dowloaded a few different games and so far only one of them has worked...im pretty sure the reason being is because the other two were n .dat format...i downloaded them from hako's 600+ games...can someone please help with getting these in the correct format or if there is a way to play .dat on the psp that would even work thanks n advance!!

Games don't come in dat format they mainly come in iso or cso.

The only time you use a dat file for psp really is if your playing a psx game via popstation, the dat file is the user manual or walkthrough ( depending on what your preference is)

What game was it you 'aquired' from hako's post?

hmm well i thought it was kinda weird but im still a bit new to the psp hacking scene...i 'obtained' tomb raider from him and resistence retribuion from a torrent...i went to unarchive them with winrar n there was several folders and finally i found what i assumed was the actually game as it was most of the file size...the other things were just small "kb" size files...but anyways this file in both games was called "bigfile.dat"...ive actually gotten tomb raider from a different source n its working and resistence im waiting for it to finish but if you have a solution it would be greatly appreciated in case it happens again i dont have to keep re-"obtaining" them lol

Your problem may be that you may have winrar associated with iso/cso files. Go into the preferences for winrar and unassociate it, that 'may' fix your problem.
