USB TV Tuners?

Hi,

I am interested in getting a TV tuner for my laptop, so I think a USB one is my only choice. I have no experience with TV tuners whatsoever, so I'm coming here for some help ;)

Basically, all I want to know is what would be a good USB TV Tuner for my purposes. I don't care about capturing or anything, all I want to be able to do is get a good quality cable TV signal to display on my monitor... I've heard that some capture cards have bad audio/video sync problems (especially the USB ones).. Also, I don't need any special features or anything, just something that will work good and consistently, for under $100 preferably.

Any advice?
