I got a backup copy of this ea sports active and right after i say the time is correct it says "the game disc could not be read". Any help

Bad burn.

Bad ISO backup.

Poor Media.

Try reburning the disc and use good quality media. Burn with IMGBurn at 4X speed (or half the rated speed of the media).
