Hi Peeps,
Please help me i am at my wits i said wits end yes im a female lol, i am using Vista and my Epson Printcd software was working fine until yesterday, i un-installed and re-installed the software but when i press print the middle redlight on my Epson R220 straight away comes on and stays on and it tells me to put the holder in position which is anyway and press the middle button and continue to no avail

I had problem wth my R340 no matter what i try print cd wont operate properly yet my R360 no problems at all. PS i had 3 replacement printers under warranty.

Hi, Make sure that the settings are correct, Vista is a pain with print CD.

Select manual, cd/dvd and tray 2, with my r200 it always defaults back to paper on vista, and needs to be set every time the app is opened up, if doing a batch, just keep the app open and the settings stay as manually set.

If this doesn't work, post what version of print cd you're using.
