Please be aware that the tracker on the page for utorrent users:http://91.191.138.2:80/announce is for the Swedish AntiPiracy organisation so when selecting additional trackers for your torrent, give this one a miss!

I had first written that it looked like you were right as the domain registration info was for anti-piracy groups.

However, I wrote to TorrentFreak and they responded quickly, informing me that is a PirateBay tracker. PirateBay put the law firm and the anti-piracy group involved in their case down as a slap back at them. See this article
