Hi everyone. Just a quick question to everyone here, maybe in your travels, you came across something that I need.

I'm looking for a database program that will allow me to:

1. title and tag (several keywords) a video clip (mpg, avi, etc.)
2. be able to search on any of those tags
3. identify a list of those video clips that meet the criteria
4. from that list chose and play those videos in a wmp or qt window
5. windows xp/vista

anything?
