Problem with back up copy of Rocky 4 dvd

Hi, we have the box set of Rocky 1-5 and want to do back up copy of it. I had no troubvle with Rocky 1,2,3 and 5. I am using CloneDVD and AnyDVD. When processing the movie, at 95% I get a Clone TCE error when going direct to burner. If I do dvd files first to hard drive then burn to dvd works but on dvd player and dvd rom comes up all fragmented. Also I can't preview the movie before processing as I get Picture Reader Error. I am only backing up the movie, not extra etc.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
