Backing up Wii backup games

I have backups of my original Wii discs that play OK in my modchipped Wii. These have been burned using ImgBurn.

Can I use Disc to Disc Copy in Nero to copy the backups or do I need to use Img Burn?

If I can use Nero at what speed can they be copied?

Answer to my own question.

I used Nero disc copy at max speed (8x) and it copied OK.
