Is this AR max able to use ELF files?

I'm looking at this AR max. It says it has max memory manager is that able to run ELF files? If not can someone point my in the direction of one that can run those files. I want to use it to run backup PSX games. If there's a site selling the right version of AR max please post up a link thanks.

You need the Armax with "media player"

No they are not the same.
And newer versions of Armax are less likely to have the "media player"
