How can I get rid of foreign lanquage?

I have an AVI video file that has all of the dialogue of the actors in English, but there is a French narration over top of it. Is there any way to get rid of that and not harm the other dialogue?

Only if the two narrations were were in separate channels (e.g. French from the left, English from the right) - the audio could be demuxed, split and muxed with the video.
