Hi all, i badly need your help. I had been playing my PSP slim for almost abt a year with my 4gb memory card. So far no "hang" etc..and it works fine.
Recently i decided to upgrade to 8gb. I can load all the game into it and play with it. But for some games like fifa 09 ..when i play , i notice it will "flicker" at time. I have no issue with my 4Gb card.
Does that mean my PSP can't support 8Gb? Will it spoilt my PSP if continue using 8gb card? Pls help me..did anybody face the same problem?
I bably need a solution. Thanks alot.

where did you get the memory stick? is it magicgate supported?

i have no problems with my 8gig sandisk (translucent green).

What firmware are you on - if you go to 5.00 M33 -6 there is an option to speed up the memory card in the recovery menu.

I did this and a 32GB class 2 is working fine no slowdowns even though I did have without the option turned on

(32GB is 2 x 16GB Sandisk micro SD in a CR5400 holder - works great, when formatted 29.4GB)
