My problem is that the virus puts everything in hidden folders, so the psp can't access anything inside the folders, which is everything.. So, what should I do?

Do I need to downgrade/upgrade again? or does reformatting the memory card then upgrading again work just alright?

EDIT: and the psp is a fat psp.. just in case someone needs to know..
