Psp Game doesnt apear on the psp(HELP)

Well i have been putting in a lot of games into my psp. Before when i use to copy the(game) into the ISO file on the psp memory stick, and then when i go to to my psp home an an go to the game memory stick i use to find the game right there. But now the problem is the game gets copied to the psp memory stick but it does not appear on the psp. Can some one help me asap.

Hook up the PSP via USB and check to see if the \psp\game\ folder is still there if not then formatt the memory card and then place a ramdom text file in the "Game" folder. it doesnt matter what the text says just name it new.txt or something. Then place the ISO's back in the ISO folder and see if it works.
