if you are using a flash modded xbox 360 is there anyway to get banned? can MS brick your system or anything. i was playing Prototype which is not out till next week so if that comes up on my gamercard and i get reported can MS do anything to me? thanks

sorry guys for not looking around, i was kinda worried cuz were i just played prototype early and was worried ide get banned so i figured this would have been a fast answer, thought people here didn't mind to help.

i was'nt online while playing it but when i turned off the game i went online to download a demo. and noticed it was in my gamer card, but i was just online playing 1 vs 100 and i didnt get banned so... idk just worried lol

Lol, I bet they would get as many innocent users as they would kill real modded Xbox 360s. Happened with the ban waves and would happen with the kill switch.
Could you believe the PR nightmare if they would kill off only one proovably innocent console?
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

one other questions guys, i looked around for a answer and cannot find it, If i have my account which i play modded games on, on a mem card and log onto a un modded xbox and play legal games but im on live and it sees that ive been playing a game that is not out yet, is it possible for me to get their xbox banned? am i putting their consle at risk at all? thanks

could be. Make sure you never play games before they are released and verify with ABGX360 to be safer.

ive seen other poeple on here with their gamer cards linked in fourm post and it showed that they had played prototype before release date aswell

oh i know. im just saying eventually you will get banned. everyone with a modded console will eventually get banned. i dont care if you update to the new FW the second it comes out everytime, your time will come.

No one really knows this for sure. heck, I know people who have played on live since day one with no ban.

had my console and my bros that i never updated from extreme 3.3 i believe and finally got banned in the last ban wave, and had a old room mates that i updated every time a new version came out bc he was super paranoid, and still got banned on the ban wave before this most recent one.

my gf has a memory card, which she has her live account on, she plays on her sisters unmodded xbox on live on 1 vs 100 and some other games, is her comming to my house and playing games that are brunt off a risk, if she only plays my games while not connected to live, is there any risk in that? like when she goes home and goes on her sisters xbox could MS tell she was playing a pirated game on my xbox the night beforE? thanks
