Most efficient use of MS for video files

In about a month I will be traveling on two very long flights (10+ hours). I have 3 2Gb MSticks. What is the best way (format) for me to get the most files on each of these sticks?

Has anyone every gotten a USB external drive to work with a PSP?

1. no you cant put an external HDD on a PSP
2. use a program like PSPVC (PSP video converter) to convert movies
3. If you have CFW put games on it
4. download games from the PSN store
5. Buy more batteries!
6. lots and lots of UMD's

If I could burn video files onto a UMD I would.

I have batteries and a charger.

I have PSPVC, I was thinking that maybe someone could suggest a format to make the smallest file possible.

I do have CFW and will put games on it put as I stated in title my question is driven by video files.

The psp is VERY fussy about what it plays, it will only play MP4 (H264) files, no other format works.

Buy bigger memory sticks?

The CR5400 allows 2 x micro SD to be combined and used as a memory stick ($40 for a 16GB stick!)
