When I burn the .DVD using ImgBurn 2.4.4.0 and having the 'Write' to 1913760.
It burns perfectly at 2.4x but after I put it in the console I just see a screen written "XBOX 360" and the Play|Pause|Forward controls come on the bottom of the screen.
This is happening to me with two different game... Prototype and X-Men Origin Wolverine. Got the copies of Newsgroup and was tested by other members (as per there comments}.
p.s. I already have flashed iXtreme 1.51 and all other games are being played fine.
thats because they are now 3 wave games. you can either patch the iso using abgx60 or the best option is to flash you drive with ixtreme1.51 or above. i think the latest is 1.6

with iXtreme version 1.4 or newer. Alternatively, you may enable the option to
adjust angle 359 for compatibility with iXtreme < v1.4

There's no verified rip of prototype yet, thats why you're getting that error. Should work fine though as mine has. Burn at 4x (like I said, if you can) and use VERBATIM DVD+R DL discs. You should be fine with 1.51 FW.
The Verbatim discs are more important than the 2.4x or 4x but sometimes 4x seems to work better.
