fallout 3 expansion dvd, installed but can't play?

was given a burned copy of the expansion, it installed fine a modded 360, when i put in the Fallout 3 main disc Operation Anchorage & The Pitt both show up under downloads but selecting them with A Button, or the Start button, or any button does nothing. Anyone had this issue? Any way around this? Thanks

not sure but you may have to find the quest ingame as it is integrated into parts of the story and side missions i beleive. such as operation anchorage is found at anarmory and is actually a VR machine u get into and it is a sim of being in alaska which reward you by opening the armory vault
