Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction to flash the dvd i have a laptop i just bought the usb to sata cable and i have no idea what to do.. I've only ever modded wii's...



i just got the xbox 360 3 days ago when a friend gave it to me for free because it had the red ring of death so i tinkered with it for a bit clead the processors of put new silver thermal compound it also removed x clamps. i unhooked the fan for about 5 minutes it went from 3 light to 2light i shut it off immediately let it cool down everything has been great since.

good luck flashing the xbox360 with a laptop you are way better off using a pc

you can flash it with a laptop. you just need to get a PCMIA card that has the via 6421 chipset in it with a sata connection. then just follow the jungle flasher tutorial as it states for whichever drive you have.
