COPYING A DVD AND NO AUDIO COMES THROUGH

Hi ,

I have been attempting to backup a certain dvd with dvd shrink and the video copies fine but no audio comes through I have also tried the same disc with dvd decrypter with the same result. Can anyone suggest anything?

Hi moose5150,

Welcome to the A/D forum,

Does the original DVD have Audio?

If so, make sure when you open with DVD Shrink, don't untick AC3 2ch OR 5.1 audio.

Last, when you backup on your HD, play that with your PC's PowerDVD player -

Report back and we'll go from there - :-)
