Well, I have tried to unbrick my PSP for a few days and nothing is working. I have pandora battery, memory stick reader, brand new memory stick pro duo 1gb, copied 1.5 update onto the roots of the memory stick, inserted the memory stick, turned it on, and only the green light appears. Now can anyone help me? I really want to be able to use my PSP now..
All help appreciated,
Thanks.

Make sure you made the magic memory stick correctly if your not sure try this program HERE and download this HERE . Put both of those in the same directory. After that program is done turn your PSP off hold L and turn it back on again and it will bring up the service menu.

The time machine IPL loads through L by default so it doesn't conflict with recovery mode which uses R.

Anyway, try using Helcats Recovery Flasher, no need PANDORA!
Just copy the files to
ms0:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY
download files here

If you used pandora to fix it then you can revert the battery back to normal and you are done.
