Wii channels not working!! Help !!!!

Hi Everyone
I have recently bought a new modded korean wii with firmware 4.0 U
My Mii channel and other channels do not work .They say "This channel cannot be used"
The Games work fine though..
Also my remote power button does not switch off the wii..
I am new to this stuff

I would say send it back get your money back and mod your own its so easy.

I managed to find a solution
I deleted the duplicate channels using channel manager
I got the guide from here
