"Security Sector File Invalid" message using NME Associator

I have the downloaded image file for a certain new golfing game and the file doesn't have any reported problems but when i attempt to convert it using NME Associator so i can play it on my chipped 360, i keep getting the "Security Sector File Invalid" error. I have never gotten this error before, has anyone else had this problem? Could the file just be junk?
