I'm having issues trying to get Ghostbusters to run.
I did the softmod that larrylje put up and I still can't get it to load.
any help would be great. I'm not a noob but close

well your a newbie here what error do you get? or it doesnt run at all? if error 002 change the backup loader. as i know of larry doesn't give the 002 fix loader

I get the green screen of death. it loaded up one time but froze within mins of starting. I'm redownloading it now to try a fresh copy to see if it works.

The only way I've gotten it to run is I downgraded my cIOS38 from rev13b to 13a and use either NeoGamma R3 or SoftMii r99. The only thing that's annoying is that it won't load everytime, sometimes it will hang on the Wiimote strap screen. I just power off and start it up to try again and always get it to load after a few tries. I'm running from a disc as well and not USB.

Oops, that should be Softchip r99 and making sure these options are as follow:

enable Fake IOS: Enabled
Remove 002 Protection: Disabled
Set Video Mode Using: Disc Region(default)

i keep getting the green screen as well i have not burnt to disc but tried from usb hdd. i update my cios to rev 13 but then the wii wouldnt recognize the hdd.

try switching the hdd to the other usb port on the back of the wii.

HOw is the game??? I love the movies and deffinately love the cartoon, but is the game any good??? Also are any of you running off a modchip? ANd are you running through brickblocker and removing the update

I'm running a softmod and I did not remove the update. I think the game is ok could be better but can't complain for free

Hello everyone
I was able to get Ghostbusters running last night for the first time.

I have cIOS38_rev13b installed and I am running IOS249. NeoGamma r6 loaded on my SD card. My HomeBrew Channel is 1.3

I start up my Wii, go into Homebrew Channel and Run the game with NeoGamma R6. Ran it with 002 fix and did the disk eject trick.

I had 2 burned copies, 1st disc was a bad image but the 2nd one runs no issues

4.0U system menu with the above Soft Mods.
