Will version 3.3U work with the Backup Loader Gamma?
Does Backup Loader Gamma block out of region updates automatically or does the game iso have to be patched regionfrii and patched also to block updates before burning game iso to dvd-r?

3.3U will work with Backup Loader Gamma as will 3.3 version 2 (October 23rd update) and 3.4 and 4.0

Backup Loader doesn't run updates so you don't have to worry about that.
