I'm looking for a decent fighting game that features characters that are specialists in real styles eg. Judo, Karate, boxing Vale Tudo, Aiki Jujitsu, Krav Maga etc
Tekken sort ofcomes close but the urealistic characters are a drag.
Can I have some suggestions please?

Virtua Fighter is definitely your best bet. They already have 1... 2... four or five of your six listed styles represented, as well as Jeet Kune Do, wrestling, and a bunch of other styles that I just don't know the names of.
