Will i get still get banned if i fix and reburn the corrupted data?

Your guess is just as good as any. Since you have already played the game with improper data, I would assume it is too late. But what do I know, there is still no concrete evidence to what data M$ is looking at when ban waves hit.

If its any consolation you are not the only one with this problem, but yes the only thing you can do now is fix the game DMI and make yourself another copy

If i had the new iXtreme 1.6 would i be dealing with this problem?
I heard that it has Strict Wave 3 compliance which means wave 3 games will only boot if they have correct PFI/DMI/SS and timestamp.
