How can I completely uninstall all CFW?

I've played with my PSP slim and installed cfw 5.00 M33-4 and an SNES emulator. I've been trying to install a PSX emu also. Once that's done, I'd like to start over and make sure I have a clean install. What are the steps I need to follow to completely revert back to factory and wipe my MS to begin again?
I also would like this for the practice of actually installing the CFW on a PSP.

Use a Pandora battery to revert to normal firmware. With anything past DDC 5, I think, you can choose to install M33 or OFW. DDC completely wipes the flash0, where the firmware is, so it'll be completely clean (Not that it was dirty in the first place)
