Dose anyone know were the position of the wireless emitter is inside the xbox "the emitter that commnicates with the wireless joypad/headset" please note not the wirless antenna that connects to the internet.
I'm trying to improve the range to my joypads

I'm just curious as to the use of this? i can go in the next room and still use my remote/headset are you planning on playing on a drive in movie screen or something?

I have just modded my 360 unfortunatly I had connection issues with my controller due to the mod this has now been rectified

you coulda just saved the time and spent 5-10 bucks on a new rf board.

The RF Board is fine no need... I have water cooled the 360 and placed the board in a completely new case "due to the water cooling" unfortunatly the design of the new case was orinally semi blocking the signal from RF board, I have now removed the obstruction and all working fine and cool :O)
